Internal Ops Build (Jobs Platform & Servicing Company)
Our primary goal was to develop an internal operations system that seamlessly integrated with the HireVibes jobs platform and serviced companies. This system was instrumental in streamlining operations and enhancing the team's capabilities.
Database Logic
We structured the database with a focus on companies. Building upon this logic, we created interconnected tables, facilitating efficient data retrieval and eliminating the need for repetitive data entry or manual searches across multiple tables.
Automation via Zapier
To further enhance efficiency, we integrated the system with Zapier, which automated the invoicing process for clients. This meant that whenever a client hired new talent through the HireVibes platform, the system generated invoices automatically, reducing manual workload for the fully remote team and ensuring accurate billing.
The internal operations system we designed and implemented significantly elevated the efficiency and effectiveness of the HireVibes business operations team. It served as a linchpin in the platform's operations, seamlessly connecting companies, new hires, invoices, and rewards. Through this project, I acquired hands-on experience in building database solutions that not only streamline processes but also enhance the user experience.
