In my role as a Founder of the project, I held a multifaceted role:
Business Strategy: I conceptualised and drafted a comprehensive business plan, outlining our strategic approach to redefining employee lifecycle management.
Product Development: I led the creation of the project's original prototype, shaping the foundation of our data-driven solutions.
Product Management: I oversaw the project's product development, ensuring that our offerings aligned with our strategic vision.
Marketing: I played a central role in marketing efforts, aiming to bring our innovative solutions to the forefront of the HR and compliance software sectors.
Sales: I contributed to sales strategies and initiatives, driving efforts to gain traction and recognition in the market.
Finance: I developed financial models to validate the project's viability and financial sustainability.
Operations: I managed the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring seamless execution and coordination across all facets of our venture.
Collaboration
Collaboration was vital in creating a cohesive product. I worked closely with a dedicated team of five individuals located in various regions. Our success hinged on our ability to operate seamlessly in a highly asynchronous manner, transcending geographic boundaries to realise our shared vision.

The Project
Challenge
Our most significant challenge was the task of raising awareness and recognition for the importance of our mission. We were addressing an intangible issue that often eluded immediate visibility and understanding, making it challenging for businesses to see or fully appreciate the significance of streamlining employee lifecycle management. Despite this hurdle, we persevered, working to shed light on the value of our mission and the lasting impact it could have on businesses, even if it wasn't immediately tangible.
Outcome
Despite market conditions marked by major layoffs and reduced spending putting a halt to Fallcha, my journey as a founder provided me with an invaluable education in diverse skills. Overseeing every aspect of the business, from business strategy and product development to marketing, sales, finance, and operations, I cultivated a deep understanding of each function. This hands-on experience equipped me with a comprehensive skill set, enabling me to tackle various aspects of business operations with agility and confidence. The diverse skills and insights acquired during this journey continue to inform my approach to new ventures and challenges, making me a more versatile and adaptable entrepreneur.
