A fully remote operations team was tracking client companies, hires, invoices and reward payments by hand, across disconnected sheets.

- 01Designed a database centred on client companies, with linked tables for hires, invoices and reward instalments.
- 02Integrated it with the HireVibes jobs platform.
- 03Automated invoicing with Zapier, so an invoice is raised as soon as a client hires through the platform.
