The challenge was to reimagine the traditional onboarding process and create a tool that could instantly generate customised onboarding plans, making it efficient and adaptable.
Outcome
The ChatGPT-powered Employee Onboarding Plan Generator had a significant impact by simplifying onboarding, saving time for HR professionals, and enhancing the experience for new employees. Notably, it earned recognition as a top 15 product of the day on Product Hunt. This project stands as evidence of my ability to innovate and tackle real-world challenges independently, using technology to make a meaningful impact.
